haven't been online much today + yesterday bc i had stuff to do lmao but anyways what i'll say abt the spnwin cancellation and why i'm not really surprised or worried abt it is that like, most ppl who watched it have been wanting + hoping for it to move networks since the beginning. everyone saw the sinking ship that is the cw network and already had their fingers crossed that it would get picked up by hbomax or another network. and there's no doubt in my mind that jenneel + robbie + co. went into this thinking and hoping the same thing, and probs already had plans in place to shop it to other networks. i honestly wouldn't be surprised if they already have a deal or networks interested and this #savethewinchesters stuff is just an extra boost to show those networks there's interest / a fanbase. but anyways, the thing i wanted to say is, of course they were gonna have to formally cancel it from the cw for other networks to be able to pick it up. like, it being canceled is not indicative of it as a failure. the numbers were actually pretty good streaming-wise, esp internationally. and like, yea it's funny to meme and shit but it looks silly when ppl act like it got canceled bc it sucked or flopped instead of, y'know, the self-destructing network getting rid of everything that costs them too much. which spnwin was costly, even after cutting back a lot of their budget. and since robbie and jensen have said that they have at least 5 seasons planned + potential tie-ins to the often mentioned future spn continuation, i personally am very happy that the future of spn will not be on the cw. like bye bye, good riddance<3
